Vehicle maintenance records

We are currently digitising the vehicle maintenance records which are held at the RLC Museum. So far, the only records that have been digitised are for vehicles that were based in Berlin in the period from 1970 up to the mid-1990's.

Maintenance records are quite varied, but usually include job sheets and parts requisitions. Fot some vehicles, there are also time sheets for the wotk carried out. Finally, there are also check lists for maintenace work - for example, when a vehicle first enters military service and is checked for any technical defects. There also miscellaneous documents included - a few accident reports, some data cards summarising the key facts about the vehicle, and so on. A few of these items are illustrated below
