Major Walter Dacres Moore joined the Corps as a Boy in 1925, was commisioned in 1940 (...).
He served in West Africa, Malta, France and Egypt( Canal Zone) and currently holds the MBE, 39/45 Star, Defence Medal,War Medal 39/45 and LS & GC.

Major WD Moore was the father of Anthony David Moore
