RAOC.jpg - 22292359 Peter James Palmer * 22 January 1934 - † July 2004 RAOC Boy Soldier at Haslar 1950/51 Passed away at his home in Slough Peter was my best mate at Haslar 1950/51. We were in the original Toy soldier display all over the southern command. We left Haslar with 35 other boys for man service and basic training at Blackdown including a driving course at Deepcut. I later lost contact with him until I approached army records for his whereabouts. He was in Singapore. We again lost contact and learned later he had died.
